This is a ride for those who want to join the Melbourne Branch Autumn Ride led by John Cook but who would prefer to leave a day early and join the main ride at Bruthen.

For some of us older folks the first day of the Autumn Ride is a bit taxing, so this ride provides an opportunity to make it an easier three day ride. The plan is to leave at a civilised hour on the Friday and explore Gippsland with the night to be spent at Bruthen (or elsewhere if you like) before joining the main group at lunch at Bruthen on the Saturday.
