Membership Renewals

(The following is taken from a monthly Natcom email, by Lyn Tout).


" Renewal – are you financial?

Please check your card for the renewal date and if expired you have three options: renew online; contact the office 1300 134 123 (please leave a message if they don’t answer and they will get back to you. It is a very busy time of the year.) or Direct Debit. CommBank Ulysses Club Inc. BSB 062-813 Account # 1020 1995. Reference your name and membership number.


Member’s Renewals and Emails:

I am taking time out from contacting the 100’s of members who have not renewed their membership at the end of December. In attempting to contact members I found that 59 members emails bounced and many others are being blocked by their providers. Can I please ask everyone to speak to other branch members and ask if they are receiving emails from Ulysses Club? If not it - may be because their email is not up to date on our system or the emails are being block by providers.


Check your email on your profile: Log onto our website, sign in then click on your name at the top of the page and edit your details or send me an email and I will fix it.


If correct and still not receiving emails: Some providers are blocking emails from Ulysses Club as they are sent out in bulk. I had to change my personal email from bigpond.com to a Gmail account to ensure I got Ulysses Club emails - despite Bigpond assuring me there was not an issue. "
